Q: What types of shoots do you offer?

A: We specialise in editorial-style portrait sessions, unique corporate headshots, cinematic character shoots, and limited-edition themed sessions (our founder just can’t help but come up with wild one off set concepts!). You’ll find bookable experiences via the Shop page, or we can tailor something just for you with our weeknight and weekend photoshoot sessions.

Q: I'm not a performer or model... can I still book a shoot?

A: Absolutely. You don’t need stage experience or a fanbase — just a little curiosity and the desire to see yourself in a new light. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We're a photography studio based in Sydney, Australia, at a private residence in Peakhurst. We also offer occasional on-location shoots and travel sessions — keep an eye on the newsletter for updates!

Q: What’s included in my shoot?

A: Each session varies, but generally includes a pre-shoot consult, time in studio or on location, professional lighting and direction, access to props/wardrobe, and a curated gallery of high-res images for download.

Q: When will I receive my photos?

A: Turnaround is generally 2 weeks after your shoot. You’ll receive a beautifully edited gallery to download and share. Need a rush job? Just ask — we can usually accommodate.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?

A: We sure do. A shoot with Frankie’s Fine Figures makes for an unforgettable gift — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, breakups, glow-ups or just because.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: Life happens, we understand. We allow one reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. We’re always happy to chat if something unexpected comes up, just shoot us a message and we’ll be happy to hash out an option that works for you.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
